- Scheduling, coordinating, and managing clinical appointments, pediatric evaluations, and women's wellness visits.
- Facilitating participation in community wellness initiatives, free pediatric health camps, and interactive photo contests (such as Father's Day bonding events).
- Communicating clinical updates, appointment reminders, and follow-up consultation details with verified guardians.
- Maintaining administrative records and clinical safety compliance required under applicable Indian healthcare regulations.
Verifiable Parental Consent
In strict adherence to Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023 regarding children's data:
- We do not process personal data of any child without verifiable consent from the parent or lawful guardian.
- All submissions involving minors (such as photo contest entries and camp registrations) mandate an active, explicit affirmative declaration of parenthood or legal guardianship before processing occurs.
- We do not engage in behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or profiling directed at children.
- Parents and lawful guardians reserve the right to review, update, or revoke consent for their child's stored data at any time.
Data Storage & Retention
We maintain robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard digital personal data:
- Personal metadata and registration details are stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases protected with strict access controls.
- Submitted media (such as contest images) is securely housed in encrypted object storage and accessed solely for event evaluation and notification purposes.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose or comply with statutory healthcare preservation obligations.
- Once the purpose of collection is achieved or upon a verified erasure request, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
